Sarah Moore, LCSW
Adult Therapist
I am so glad you are here and considering therapy. Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and alone. My hope is to offer a warm and open space where people, everyone, can feel safe to be themselves. Whether queer, neurodivergent, or from a different race or culture than myself, I want to work together to find a path where you feel seen and safe to talk about your concerns. Sometimes, people need ongoing or brief counseling due to difficult life situations- college, high stress work, relationship issues, parenting, discrimination, and loss. If you are ready to try a different approach, I would be honored to walk alongside you. The freedom to explore feelings with a therapist, without judgment or bias, can be a start to healing. Together, we can see patterns that may be blocking happiness, productivity, and healthy relationships. Let’s get started!
